Description: Outlet from a reclaimed water pressure main consisting of an upright pipe with a valve attached from which water can be tapped. Reclaimed water hydrants are typically painted purple and used for filling, maintenance and flushing. The focus of the data set is on assets that are owned or operated by Loudoun Water. However, the data set also includes features that are connected to Loudoun Water's network, but are owned and/or operated by another entity. The geographic area covered by this dataset is eastern Loudoun County (referred to as the 'Central System') and various isolated 'Community Systems' elsewhere in the County. Data are updated on a daily basis by multiple editors; edits are tracked using the MetaID attribute which relates to the MetaID table that provides feature-level metadata.
